00Purpose of the service and promotional nature

AWER Reviews S.A. provides a technological platform that allows users to interact with brands in physical or digital stores through voluntary registration mechanisms, non-monetary promotional games, and loyalty programs. All interactive experiences provided by AWER Reviews, such as "Spin and Win," "Scratch Card," or similar, are exclusively promotional and recreational in nature, and do not constitute gambling or lotteries under the definition of regulatory bodies. No payment is required to participate.

01Registration and participation

• ·Users may register via: scanning QR codes provided at the point of sale; connecting to open Wi-Fi networks with captive portal; or participating in point programs offered by the brands.
• ·During registration, personal data may be requested, such as name, email, phone number, and age, which will be used to manage active promotions, send personalized benefits, and generate statistics to improve the service.

02Reviews and user-generated content

Users may leave reviews about their experience in participating locations, provided that they had a real consumption experience, are not employees, owners, or close relatives of the reviewed location, and have no commercial or competitive interests with the reviewed brand. Reviews must be based on facts, written respectfully, and not include third-party personal data. AWER may moderate or delete reviews that violate these rules.

03Personal data protection

AWER Reviews complies with applicable personal data protection laws (Law 25.326 in Argentina and equivalent legislation in other countries). All collected data will be treated with strict confidentiality and used only for promotional, analytical, or service improvement purposes. Users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, or deletion of their data at any time by writing to info@awerreviews.com.

04Gamification dynamics

Promotional actions offered at participating locations, such as "Spin and Win," "Scratch Card," or similar dynamics, are free interactions, with no economic value, no sweepstakes, and no element of pure chance. Participation in these dynamics does not imply any purchase obligation nor guarantees a prize. Any reward will be provided directly by the participating location or brand, under their own terms. AWER Reviews does not guarantee nor assume responsibility for the delivery of prizes or benefits provided by third parties.

05Limitation of liability

AWER does not guarantee uninterrupted access to its platform and is not liable for damages caused by technical failures, disconnections, or misuse of the system. AWER is not responsible for content generated by third parties (companies or users), nor for the delivery of prizes not managed directly by AWER.

06Modifications

AWER reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications will be published on the official website and will be considered accepted by continued use of the system.

07Applicable law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. For any legal dispute, the Ordinary Courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires shall have jurisdiction.
